Shipping & Returns


Most orders leave our factory within 1-7 business days after being placed, as some items are made to order. We ship only Monday through Thursday. You will receive emails to update you on the status of your order. Once your order leaves our factory, please allow for time in-transit with UPS, FedEx, or USPS. In total, please allow up to 12 business days to receive your order. Some orders may take longer to produce and/or ship, especially during the holidays. Orders shipped with economy shipping will not have tracking information.

  • We will begin shipping Valentine, Easter, and Christmas candy approximately four weeks before the holiday.
  • Due to a high volume of orders during the holidays, it may take longer to ship your order, so we recommend that you order early.
  • Giambri's reserves the right to use any shipping company (FedEx, UPS, USPS, etc.) instead of the one listed at checkout.
  • During the warmer months and in certain climates, we highly recommend that you ship your chocolate order via UPS Next Day Air. We are not responsible for melting if your order is not shipped Next Day Air.
  • Shipping rates vary and are calculated at checkout.

  • Damaged Items: Please realize that most of our candy is very fragile. If you receive an item that is damaged, we urge you to notify us within 24-48 hours upon receipt by emailing info@giambris.com and referencing your order number.

    Multiple Ship To: Giambri's offers the option of shipping various items to different recipients. To do this, simply enter the name of the person you'd like to receive the item before adding it to your cart. At checkout, you'll enter the shipping address of each recipient.
