Most orders are shipped within 5-7 business days after being processed. You will receive emails to update you on the status. Please allow up to 10 business days to receive your order. In the event that your order takes longer to produce and/or ship, we will do our best to contact you.
During the holidays, it may take longer to ship your order, so we recommend that you order early.
During the warmer months and in certain climates, we highly recommend that you ship your order via Overnight. We are not responsible for melting if your order is not shipped Overnight.
We will begin shipping Valentine, Easter, and Christmas candy approximately four weeks before the holiday.
Damaged Items:
Please realize that most of our candy is very fragile. If you receive an item that is damaged, we urge you to notify us within 24-48 hours upon receipt by calling us at (856) 783-1099.
